Set in a prominent village location, the existing post war property was tired and in need of renovation.

The clients brief was to modernise the existing property & create much needed additional living space to suit modern day family life.

The poorly constructed 1960's single storey side extension was demolished & replaced with a new two storey side & rear extension. The new additions are of traditional form, ensuring the property blends into the existing street scene.
